PKPS affordable sales take a break, to resume on October 9

SHAH ALAM, Oct 3 — The Jualan Ehsan Rakyat lorry which sells daily food items at a lesser price will go on a break beginning today until October 6.

However, the programme organised by the Selangor Agriculture Development Corporation (PKPS) will continue at nine other locations on October 7.

The public could visit PKPS’s social media platform or click https://linktr.ee/myPKPS to get the latest update on the programme.

The state government has allocated RM10 million for the programme and it will make its round in 56 constituencies from September 6 until December 6, involving 160 locations.

The Jualan Ehsan Rakyat initiative aims to ease the public’s burden due to the rising living cost and has benefited 80,000 people since it began in December last year.

The programme offers daily food items such as standard chickens at RM10 each, fresh meat (RM10 per pack), grade B eggs (RM10 per tray), mackerel fish (RM6 per pack), cooking oil and rice.
