KUALA SELANGOR, Nov 15 — Residents of Kuala Selangor should take pride in having a great leader who was able to restore Malaysia’s health system when Pakatan Harapan won the 14th general election in 2018.
To this, Selangor Harapan chairman Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari has asked voters in the constituency to continue supporting Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad in the ongoing 15th general election (GE15).
He believes the former health minister will be elected to the same ministerial position, should Harapan obtain the mandate to govern Putrajaya following GE15.
“Dr Dzul has the right mind to take the proper steps in restoring the nation’s health sector, for the good of Selangor’s people in particular and of Malaysia in general.
“He is not a fresh face but has instead served Kuala Selangor for two terms. So I am asking for as many people as possible to vote for, to support, and to help him win,” Amirudin said.
Speaking at the lunch programme held at Dewan Orang Ramai Kampung Bukit Kuching Tengah yesterday, the Menteri Besar also advised residents eligible to vote to carry out their responsibilities on Saturday (November 19)
“Remind your children, relatives, and grandchildren aged 18 and above to not forget to vote.
“This is a question of the nation, and we have to look not only at the name and credibility (of the candidates) but how their party intends to go on and what should be done,” he said.
