By Faizal Nazaruddin

SHAH ALAM, Nov 30 — The Klang Municipal Council (MPK) is encouraging the public to share their ideas as it prepares a smart city action plan leading up to 2030.

The local authority said it aspires to prepare MPK in efficient management, and empower its citizens towards Klang’s transformation to a smart city.

“This action plan will be a reference and guide for government agencies in planning and implementing developments, in achieving the vision of Klang Smart City by 2030,” it said in a Facebook post.

MPK is targeting residents residing in and outside of Klang, those working in Klang, and foreigners for the study.

The survey runs from November 28 to December 9, with the online questionnaire accessible at https://arcg.is/08innT1.
