PETALING, Nov 10 — Sungai Buloh incumbent MP R. Sivarasa keeps up his efforts to help Pakatan Harapan’s (Harapan) campaign in the 15th general election (GE15) even though he is no longer defending his parliamentary seat.
Harapan candidate for the seat Datuk R. Ramanan said that Sivarasa’s sincere measures to help him from the very first day of the campaign are to encourage the voters to continue giving their support for the coalition.
He said that Paya Jaras state assemblyman Mohd Khairuddin Othman and Kota Damansara state assemblyman Shatiri Mansor are also assisting in his campaign to ensure his victory.
“The accomplishments borne by the previous representatives in Sungai Buloh are a bonus for Harapan because the residents are able to benefit from the significant developments done here.
“Harapan will continue this stride in the future, especially when it comes to taking care of the welfare of all groups of people in this parliament. To the residents, think for your future,” he said.
Ramanan faces the strongest challenger, former Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin from Barisan Nasional, in a seven-corner fight.
Previously, Sivarasa has urged that the issue of him not being re-nominated should not be prolonged to ensure victory for Harapan in Putrajaya.
