By Sheeda Fathil

SHAH ALAM, Dec 14 — The Bandar Utama state constituency will organise a free health screening programme this Saturday (December 17).

Its state assemblyman Jamaliah Jamaluddin said the programme, held in collaboration with Assunta Hospital Petaling Jaya, is scheduled to run from 8.30am until 12pm.

“The programme is open to all Malaysians and Kampung Sungai Kayu Ara folks who are earning a monthly income of RM2,500 and below,” she said.

Jamaliah said those interested can sign up online at http://tiny.cc/KlinikKayuAra with the necessary documents required.

“Residents need to furnish their salary slip or proof of their monthly income, while Social Welfare Department recipients need to have a confirmation letter to apply for the Assunta Hospital’s Social Welfare Outpatient Programme (SWOP) card,” she said.
