By Faizal Nazaruddin

SHAH ALAM, Jan 4 — Bukit Melawati constituents have been urged to apply for the Back to School aids before its closing date on January 18.

Its state assemblyman Juwairiya Zulkilfli said the programme organised by the Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporated) or MBI in collaboration with the constituency’s service centre was limited to 90 applicants.

“Those interested can get the application form from the service centre and it is limited to only one applicant for each family,” she said in a Facebook post today.

Juwairiya said the applicants must meet the set requirements including a household income below RM4,000, primary and secondary school students and parents or guardians who are registered voters in the constituency.

“For those who have received other assistance, such as from the Lembaga Zakat Selangor, Yayasan Anak Selangor and Bantuan Kehidupan Sejahtera Selangor, are not eligible for the programme,” she added.
