MPAJ provides mobile counter for assessment tax payment

SHAH ALAM, Jan 6 — The Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) will set up a mobile counter every Saturday and Sunday throughout this month, to facilitate the public in checking and paying their assessment taxes.

The local council said the counter will be operating from 8am until 12pm.

“The mobile counter will be available at Taman Muda market on January 7 and January 8, Kuala Ampang morning market (January 14) and Taman Dato’ Ahmad Razali morning market (January 28),” it said in a Facebook post.

Apart from that, the public can also make an online payments at https://icomm.mpaj.gov.my, or download the MPAJ’s app icomm.

According to the council, members of the public who pay their taxes also stand a chance to join the Assessment Tax Lucky Draw this year.

Various exciting monthly prizes are up for grabs for those who make payments within the stipulated period and meet the terms and conditions.

Similar prizes are also on offer every month for property owners who pay their assessment tax within the stipulated period and meet the conditions set for the lucky draw.
