Taman Tasik Cyberjaya farmers’ market offers fresh quality products at affordable prices

SHAH ALAM, Jan 7 — The Sepang District’s Federal Agricultural Marketing Board (Fama) has opened a permanent weekly site selling a variety of wet and dry goods, in addition to local agricultural produce, at Taman Tasik Cyberjaya starting on January 15.

It said the farmer’s market at Tapak Market by The Lake will operate every Sunday from 7am to 1pm.

The Taman Tasik Cyberjaya farmers’ market (pasar tani) will also offer grocery items, women’s and children’s clothing, small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) products, as well as (plant) nurseries.

“All Cyberjaya residents and those from surrounding areas are invited to come. Get your fresh and quality daily necessities at reasonable prices,” said the agency in a Facebook post.

Sepang Fama added the fresh items sold include chicken, meat, fish, seafoods, fruits and vegetables.

Visitors to the market will also have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of dishes such as East Coast cuisine, various noodles, gearbox soup, Singapore rojak, and nasi lemak.
