Bandar Utama constituency is organising free health screening tomorrow

SHAH ALAM, Feb 17 — The Bandar Utama constituency Community Service Centre is organising a free health screening programme tomorrow.

Its assemblyman Jamaliah Jamaludding said the programme in collaboration with Assunta Hospital is to benefit the residents of Kampung Sungai Kayu Ara.

She said the screening will be held at the Kampung Sungai Ara Town Hall from 8.30am to 12 noon.

“Those who are interested can register through the link http://tiny.cc/KlinikKayuAra. Further questions can be directed to the number 016-684 9371,” she said on Facebook.

Jamaliah said participants must be citizens with an income of RM2,500 and below and can register directly.

She added that residents who wish to apply for the Assunta Hospital Outpatient Social Welfare Program (Swop) card must include a salary slip or proof of monthly income or a letter confirming the recipient of assistance from the Department of Social Welfare (JKM).
