MBSA opens mobile counter at Lotus’s Setia Alam this weekend

SHAH ALAM, Feb 23 — The Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) will operate its mobile counter service at Lotus’s Setia Alam parking lot in Section U13 on Saturday (February 25).

Its corporate and public relations division head Shahrin Ahmad said Shah Alam On Wheels (SAOW) will run from 11am to 5pm.

“This is a platform provided by MBSA for the public to carry out its business on weekends, without having to go to the office.

“The mobile office provides service facilities like reviewing and paying assessment taxes, reviewing and paying parking compounds, a complaint counter, and so on,” he said in a statement.

Shahrin added that MBSA hopes to further strengthen its service system for the benefit of the community via SAOW.
