RAWANG, March 4 — A total of 86 Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) staff received the Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang (APC) award for 2022, during a ceremony held at Setia Eco Templer yesterday night.
MPS President Datuk Mohd Yazid Sairi said the awards are a gesture of recognition to MPS employees, for carrying out their duties with dedication and excellence.
“I congratulate the recipients on their awards and hope it will inspire them to serve with more dedication, responsibility and resolution.
“May the awards also serve as catalysts for excellence, and motivate the other staff to continue in striving to provide the best service to MPS,” he said.
Mohd Yazid was speaking at the awards ceremony, which was officiated by Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Aminudin Shari.
During the event, MPS also honoured 19 retired personnel with the Anugerah Jasamu Dikenang award, itself a gesture of appreciation for those who have served unfailingly throughout their professional lives.
The retirees also received certificates of appreciation and Sijil Simpanan Premium (SSPN) certificates worth RM1,000 each.
