SHAH ALAM, Aug 14 — The Selangor Counselling Centre (PKS) provides free support in three constituencies to help people with mental health issues.

PKS counsellor Mohamad Fuad Mohd Ali said counselling hubs at the Sepang Municipal Council, Ampang Jaya Municipal Council and Selayang Municipal Council will open every Saturday from 9am to 1pm.

“The same services are also available at PKNS Complex in Seksyen 14, Shah Alam, from 11am to 3pm from Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday,” he said on Hai Selangor today.

On the show, Fuad asked victims of bullying to come forward and get help from accredited counsellors.

“People who need counselling and psychological services may contact PKS directly, we are always here for you,” he said.

Those wishing to make appointments can call 03-5519 0500, WhatsApp 013-300 9291, or follow the PKS Facebook page.

Launched in 1990, PKS is managed by the Selangor State Secretariat’s human resources division, offering free counselling and psychology services to civil servants and the public.
