KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 27 — RON97 and RON95 will still cost RM3.19 and RM2.05 per litre, respectively, from November 28 to December 4.
The Finance Ministry in a statement today said diesel in Peninsular Malaysia will remain at RM2.95 per litre, while Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan will buy diesel at RM2.15 per litre in the same period.
It said the prices were fixed based on weekly retail prices of petroleum products, using the Automatic Pricing Mechanism formula.
“The government will continue to monitor the trends of global crude oil prices and take appropriate measures to ensure the continued welfare and well-being of the people,” it added.
