Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari noted that a total of RM5.3 million was allocated to the sector this year to implement various plans in preparation for next year’s campaign.

“We have various plans, and I will announce them in the 2025 Selangor Budget, specifically regarding attractive tourism products for visitors.

“In the previous budget, we allocated RM5.3 million for tourism, and we will be increasing that amount,” he said after launching the Visit Selangor Year 2025 logo during a visit to the Selangor Tourism pavilion held in conjunction with the Malaysian MotoGP 2024, here, today.

Also present were Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporated) chief executive officer (CEO) Saipolyazan Mat Yusop and Tourism Selangor CEO Azrul Shah Mohamad.

Amirudin said Selangor provides not only modern tourism experiences but also a diverse array of aesthetic destinations.
