KUALA LUMPUR, June 21 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today wished Indonesian President Joko Widodo a happy birthday via a Facebook post.

“Happy birthday to President Joko Widodo. Thank you for your dedication in strengthening the ties between our two countries,” he wrote.

“May you always be under the protection of God, and always be blessed with good health and strength to serve the country and the people of Indonesia. Happy birthday, Mr President @‌jokowi,” Subianto posted.

Meanwhile, Jokowi also took to social media to reply to Anwar and thanked the latter for the warm wishes on his birthday.

“Thank you so much Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim of Malaysia for the greetings. Wishing the best for your health and success, too.

“May the good relations between Indonesia and Malaysia continue to progress. Sending my regards to all Malaysians, brothers and sisters,” he said.
