SUBANG JAYA, June 23 — The development of the Integrated Development Region in South Selangor (Idriss) project is one of the important agenda items to be presented at the Selangor State Legislative Assembly session early next month.

State executive councillor for investment, trade, and mobility Ng Sze Han said the presentation of the First Selangor Plan’s (RS-1) mid-term review will also see the announcement on the progress of several projects under Idriss.

“This is one of the focal points, and we believe these projects will further drive the state’s economy. Through this presentation, residents will be able to learn more.

“The presentation session will be delivered by the Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari,” he said at a press conference after officiating the Puchong Community Arts Festival today.

On Thursday (June 20), Assembly Speaker Lau Weng San said the session is scheduled to convene for two weeks from July 4 to July 18, beginning with the swearing-in ceremony of Kuala Kubu Bharu state assemblyman Pang Sock Tao.

To enable Selangor’s residents to follow this session, the state government will broadcast it live via Selangor TV Live on the website selangortv.my or on YouTube.

News on the assembly debates can also be followed on Media Selangor’s Facebook page, as well as the Selangorkini portal and its English, Mandarin, and Tamil editions.
