Selangor police integrity half marathon on July 14

KAJANG, June 26 — The Royal Malaysia Police will organise the first-ever Selangor Police Integrity Half Marathon at the Sultan Suleiman Stadium, Klang, on July 14.

Selangor police chief Datuk Hussein Omar Khan said the event serves as a strategic initiative to foster values including honesty, transparency, and ethics among members of the police force and the community.

The marathon will feature several race categories at distances of five km, 10km, and 21km.

“With the slogan ‘Run with Integrity’, we hope this event will have a positive impact on all participants,” he told the press today.

Earlier, Hussein witnessed the duty handover ceremony between outgoing Kajang district police chief SAC Mohd Zaid Hassan and his successor ACP Naazron Abdul Yusof at the Kajang District Police Headquarters.

Zaid has been appointed the Head of the Selangor Police’s Management Department, while Naazron previously served as the Dang Wangi district deputy police chief.
