PKNS unveils Loyalty+ app as appreciation gesture for customers

SHAH ALAM, Sept 7 — The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) has introduced the PKNS Loyalty+ app as a gesture of appreciation for its customers’ support and loyalty, while also attracting new customers to utilise the products and services offered by the PKNS Group.

Its chief executive officer Datuk Mahmud Abbas officially launched the app at Galeria Sentral in Section 14 today.

He said PKNS Loyalty+ is now available for download on smartphones from the Apple Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei Gallery, and can be used by all, including PKNS homeowners and the general public, starting today.

Based on a points collection and redemption concept, the app indirectly encourages customers to remain loyal in purchasing and using products and services offered by PKNS and its subsidiary companies.

“We are pleased to introduce this mobile app as a special gift for you. Through this app, customers can collect reward points whenever they purchase homes, shop lots, use PKNS Group services, buy health products at Selcare, shop at Bazar Lokal in SACC Mall, participate in PKNS public events, or engage in-app activities like daily check-ins and referrals to friends.

“These reward points can be redeemed for various exciting rewards as a way for us to say thank you for your loyalty throughout this journey,” Mahmud said during a press conference after the launch of the PKNS Loyalty+ app, in conjunction with the SA Sentral Festival.

Today’s festival has fully transformed the PKNS customer experience by fully digitising the system. Through the app, visitors can view the activity schedule for the three-day festival and learn about future PKNS programmes.

The first 1,300 visitors to download the app will receive an RM10 e-voucher through the app, which can be used for purchases during the festival.

The development of PKNS Loyalty+ is one of the group’s initiatives to create a Lifestyle Community through its customer database. This data can be used for direct communication and information delivery to customers, supporting marketing and promotional strategies more effectively.

With this database, PKNS can better identify customer needs and offer more relevant and personalised deals.

As a start, PKNS home buyers from 2020 onwards will automatically be registered as members of PKNS Loyalty+. To gain membership, you need to invite two other people to join as well.

Members of the public interested in learning more may visit the PKNS website concerning PKNS property projects.
