SHAH ALAM, AUG 10: The Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) received a 5-star award from Selangor Government Secretary’s Office for achieving 100% in its 2016 HRMIS Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
MBSA Head of Corporate and Public Relations, Shahrin Ahmad said, the KPI was calculated based on six sub-modules set by the Public Service Department (JPA).
He said, the submodules are staffing, data purification, annual work targets, annual performance assessment reports, property declarations and terminations of services.
“With this award, we believe MBSA will be more motivated to provide the best service to public.
“The recognition will also encourage staffs to maintain their level of excellence in updating the HRMIS sub-module application to be among the best within government agencies and local authorities in Malaysia,” he said in a statement.
Shahrin said, he received the award in conjunction with Selangor Government’s Administration and Agencies under Selangor State Secretary’s Office and Local Authorities Human Resource Managers Meeting.
