AKPK’s offices to close until March 31

KUALA LUMPUR, March 20 — The Credit Counselling and Debt Management Agency’s (AKPK) offices will be temporarily closed from March 18 to 31 in adherence with the Movement Control Order.

The agency said that all queries, especially in relation to its credit management or financial education programmes, should be made by completing and submitting its online form, which is available at http://bit.ly/AKPKdmp2020.

Customers who wish to apply for a new repayment structure may use the same online form by selecting the ‘difficulty making monthly payment’ option in question 6, it said in a statement today.

AKPK added that its officers would provide their assistance via email.
