SHAH ALAM, Dec 8 — All 16 Selcare clinics including in Kuala Lumpur now offer Covid-19 vaccine booster doses through the Selangor Vaccination Programme (Selvax) Booster, starting today.

Selgate Healthcare Sdn Bhd chief financial officer Muhammad Azfizam Hamzah said the service will be expanded to Selcare panel clinics in the nearest future, to make it easier for the public to get their booster shots.

He also encouraged the public to register early via the SELangkah mobile app, so as to avoid congestion.

“We want as many people as possible to get their booster shots. This is a measure to prevent the spread of Covid-19,” Azfizam said when contacted.

Further information regarding the programme and clinics involved can be found at https://selcareclinic.com/our-clinics/.

Yesterday Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari announced that 157,000 booster doses will be offered to state citizens, via Selvax Booster.

On June 30, the state government launched Selvax Community and Selvax Industry, to expedite and complete the vaccination process for all residents in Selangor.
