Water supply fully restored for 15 areas in KL

SHAH ALAM, April 25 — Water supply for 15 areas in the Kuala Lumpur (KL) region, which were affected by emergency repair works on a burst pipe at a pump house in Taman Muda, Cheras, yesterday, have been fully recovered at 9am, today.

“Air Selangor would like to thank the consumers for their patience and cooperation during this unscheduled water supply disruption period,” said Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) in a statement.

Yesterday, Air Selangor informed that emergency repair works were implemented at 3pm and expected to be fully completed at 3am today. 

Earlier today, Air Selangor announced the repair works were completed earlier at 2am today, and the water supply has been distributed to the consumers’ premises in stages and is expected to fully recover at 4pm today.
