“Other states and territories that will also see strong weather include Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Johor (Mersing and Kota Tinggi) Kelantan (Jeli, Tanah Merah, Machang and Kuala Krai) and Pahang (Tanah Tinggi Cameron, Lipis, Raub and Bentong)

“Kedah (Pokok Sena, Padang Terap, Pendang, Kuala Muda, Sik and Baling) Perak (Kerian, Larut, Matang Dan Selama, Kuala Kangsar, Manjung, Kinta, Perak Tengah, Kampar, Bagan Datuk, Hilir Perak, Batang Padang and Muallim) and Negeri Sembilan (Jelebu, Seremban, Kuala Pilah and Rembau) will similarly be affected,” said the agency.

In East Malaysia, Sarawak’s affected areas include Bintulu and Miri (Subis, Beluru, Miri and Marudi). The weather is expected to persist until 9pm.
