SHAH ALAM, Dec 25 — His Royal Highness Sultan of Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj and Tengku Permaisuri Norashikin have extended Christmas greetings to all Malaysians of Christian faith.

In a post on Selangor Royal Office Facebook, their Royal Highnesses hope the holiday season would continue to foster respect for other races, strengthen unity and maintain harmony among multiracial communities in this country.

“Take the time to reflect on the many blessings of our life and the privilege to be of service to others.

“Together we can make this celebration a spectacular one by renewing our pledge and common resolve to work for the unity and prosperity of our dear country. May your heart and home be filled with all of the joys the festive season brings.

“Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and Season’s Greetings,” the post read.
