MBSJ, MBPJ activate disaster operations room

SHAH ALAM, March 7 — The Subang Jaya City Council (MBSJ) has activated its Disaster Operations Room which is now operating 24 hours.

This was shared by Menteri Besar, Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari via Twitter, tonight.

“Any complaints and emergencies in the MBSJ area can be made to the Disaster Operations Room hotline at 03-8024 7700,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) through Facebook also informed that it has opened a temporary evacuation centre (PPS) at Dewan PJS 1/35 and Dewan PJS 2C/6.

The agency said flood-affected residents in Petaling Jaya can contact its 24-hour hotline at 03-7954 2020.
