HULU LANGAT, June 19 — Selangor Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari has handed over offer letters to seven Rumah SelangorKu house buyers in conjunction with the Iltizam Selangor Penyayang carnival roadshow at Taman Kosas in Ampang, here, today.
The handover includes the purchase of a type B house in Setia Ecohill Semenyih, Kajang, called Pangsapuri Selangorku Kayangan, which comprises 600 residential units with a total area of 750 sqft, three bedrooms, and two parking spots.
The property, developed by developer Segaman Sdn Bhd, is priced from RM100,000 and includes a multi-purpose hall, playground, gymnasium, surau, childcare centre, and 24-hour security.
From 2018 to November last year, a total of 24,428 Rumah Selangorku units were successfully built and offered to residents.
Type C houses were the most completed with 9,294 units followed by type D (7,822 units), type B (4,122 units) while type A (2,019) and type E (1,171).
