SHAH ALAM, Sept 13 — The biggest Grind 8 skateboarding competition, which was organised by Selangor’s Malaysian Drug Prevention Association (Pemadam) at Shah Alam Extreme Park in Section 13, here last week has received participation from local and international skateboarders.

In a statement, the association informed that the programme was held in collaboration with the Skateboarding Recreation Association and was attended by approximately 1,000 visitors including participants from Indonesia, the Philippines and Singapore.

“The objective of the program is to give exposure to the millennials (generation Y) about the role of Pemadam in preventing DARVIH (drug, alcohol, vape, inhalant HIV/Aids) as well as promoting the Health Ministry’s Generational End Game campaign.
