Visit Selangor’s natural attractions post-MCO

SHAH ALAM, June 27 — Selangor offers attractive holiday destinations including beautiful natural areas, despite being in the middle of the capital, says Selangor Tourism Ambassador Che Puan Juliana Evans.

Thus she urged people to visit these wonderful locations after inter-district and interstate travel are allowed to revitalise the tourism sector.

“Among the interesting places are Sky Mirror in Kuala Selangor and the extreme sports of whitewater rafting at Kuala Kubu Bharu. Get priceless experiences at these places.

“Selangor also has many beautiful waterfalls and is suitable for recreational activities such as climbing. The state does not only offer an urban lifestyle,” she said.

She said this during the Media Selangor’s Bual Bicara virtual talk show titled ‘Strategies to Save the Tourism Industry’ that was aired live on Media Selangor’s Facebook page and SelangorTV Youtube channel in June 25.

Meanwhile, Che Puan Juliana said she would continue to promote Tourism Selangor’s domestic tourism campaign Explore Selangor First (Pusing Selangor Dulu) through social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

“Travelling can improve mental health especially those living in urban areas. Through this activity, we can relax our body and minds during the movement control order (MCO) period,” she said.
