By Nasuha Badrul Huzaini

SHAH ALAM, Dec 17 — Water supply recovery in the 463 affected areas in five regions in Selangor has reached 12 per cent as of 6am today.

Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) said the duration of the water supply disruption and recovery in the affected areas will vary depending on the distance of consumers’ premises and the water pressure at the distribution system.

“Water supply in all 463 affected areas is expected to fully recover at 11:30pm today and the recovery status for affected areas can be obtained at hentitugas.airselangor.com

“Air Selangor hopes that consumers who have received water supply will use their water prudently to ensure that the recovery process in the other affected areas runs smoothly as scheduled,” said Air Selangor on Facebook today.

The affected consumers can refer to all Air Selangor’s official communication channels or call the Air Selangor Contact Centre at 15300.

Inquiries and complaints can also be submitted at the Help Centre which can be found at www.airselangor.com and the Air Selangor mobile application.
