State govt approves 10 Rumah SelangorKu projects for 2022, offering over 4,000 units

SHAH ALAM, July 26 — The State Executive Council Meeting (MMKN) has approved 10 Rumah SelangorKu projects for this year, totalling some 4,818 units.

State executive councillor for housing Rodziah Ismail said the development of the affordable homes will be around Gombak, Klang, Hulu Langat and Sepang.

“For this year, MMKN has approved 4,818 homes under 10 projects, as of July 1. The two-tier approval was obtained through the Rumah SelangorKu committee and MMKN, where the technical aspects were reviewed and assessed by the local councils,” she said during the question-and-answer session in the Selangor State Legislative Assembly today.

Rodziah said the approved projects include Rumah SelangorKu, Rumah Idaman and Rumah Harapan. 

A total of 24,428 Rumah Selangorku houses have been completed and handed over to buyers from 2018 until November 15, 2021.

The most completed units are Type C houses at 9,294, followed by Type D (7,822), Type B (4,122), Type A (2,019), and Type E (1,171).
