SHAH ALAM, Aug 3 — Six districts in Selangor are expected to experience heavy rains, strong winds and thunderstorms until 2pm today, according to the Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia).

In a statement issued at 11.25am, it said the districts include Hulu Selangor, Gombak, Petaling, Kuala Langat, Hulu Langat and Sepang.

“Other areas and states which will also experience strong weather include Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Negeri Sembilan (Kuala Pilah and Tampin), Melaka (Alor Gajah) and Johor (Muar, Batu Pahat, Pontian and Johor Bahru),” said the agency.
