Selangor offers speech therapy through Anis

SHAH ALAM, Jan 24 — The Anak Istimewa Selangor Department (Anis) is offering speech therapy for children experiencing speech delay.

State executive councillor for women and family Dr Siti Mariah Mahmud said the therapist could provide professional assistance to parents in need through the ‘Tanya Anis’ (Ask Anis) platform.

“Introducing Norazah Haron who is the Medical Rehabilitation Officer (Member) of the University Malaya Medical Center.

“Forward your inquiries on special needs children at https://www.anisselangor.com/tanyaanis or scan the QR code,” she said on Facebook.

On January 18, Dr Siti Mariah said that the department has provided a platform to answer all enquiries related to special needs children and Anis’ programme.

Anis was established in 2018 to improve education for special needs children in Selangor and to safeguard their welfare.
