KKD to organise Malaysia Digital Expo in Nov

KUALA LUMPUR, June 16 — Malaysia through the Communications and Digital Ministry (KKD) will organise the Malaysia Digital Expo 2023 (MDX2023) in November.

Minister Fahmi Fadzil said the organising of this event was a follow-up to Malaysia’s success in securing investment commitments totalling RM8.3 billion in various digital technology sectors during an investment mission to the London Technology Week 2023, which ended yesterday.

MDX2023 will be a platform for local industry players to display their services and products to local and international visitors.

“Through this initiative, more investments can be generated to further drive the digital economy sector. To digital economy players, see you at MDX2023!,” he said in a Facebook post.

Yesterday, Fahmi said the week-long MDX2023 would feature various activities like conferences, exhibitions, launch events and award ceremonies involving leading international speakers and personalities from the technology and digital fields.

He added MDX2023 will also serve as a cooperation platform and business channel for visitors and industry players from both the domestic and international fronts to embrace the latest digital trends, development and initiatives which form the Malaysian digital economy.
