Red Giants trump Negeri Sembilan FC 4-0

SHAH ALAM, Aug 15 — Selangor FC beat Negeri Sembilan FC (NSFC) 4-0 at Liga Super at Tuanku Abdul Rahman Stadium, Paroi, last night.

The Red Giants, which dominated both halves, scored the first goal with Richmond Boakye’s kick from outside the penalty box leaving NSFC goalkeeper Muhammad Firdaus Irman Mohd Fadhil in the dust in the 26th minute.

Tan Cheng Hoe’s team made full use of the second half and the second goal was made in the 58th minute with Ayron Del Valle’s score, reported BH Online.

The third and fourth goals were made by Yohandry Orozco in the 74th minute and Harith Haiqal Adam Afkar in the 83rd minute.

The victory let the Red Giants strengthen their second-place position on the league chart with 49 points.
