Gaza’s only cancer hospital suffers heavy damages from repeated Israeli airstrikes

GAZA, Oct 30 — Israeli airstrikes have been repeatedly targeting the vicinity of the Turkish-Palestinian Friendship Hospital in Gaza, which caused heavy damage to the hospital, and causing panic among patients and medical staff, according to the director of the hospital, Dr Subhi Sukeyk.

The hospital is the only hospital for cancer patients in Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian news agency (Wafa).

Gaza Strip, with a population of 2.3 million people, has been running low on food, water, fuel and medicines since Israeli bombardment and blockade on October 7.
