SHAH ALAM, Dec 21 — The upgrades on the Kampung Sungai Terentang multipurpose hall in Rawang, at a cost of over RM150,000, are now completed.

Its state assemblyman Chua Wei Kiat said the hall, equipped with a basketball court, can benefit around 8,000 residents.

“The hall upgrading works and the basketball court are fully completed, to which I thank the state government for approving the RM152,000 allocation.

“The improvements made include changing the office floor, painting, and adding roofing in the hall area,” he said in a Facebook post.

To ensure Rawang’s infrastructure is always well-maintained, Chua said they are ready to enhance refurbishment projects.

“The Rawang community service centre’s team will ensure public facilities, including roads, halls, places of worship, and public markets in all villages and residential areas, can be improved,” he said.
