SHAH ALAM, Jan 31 — The Sepang Municipal Council (MPSepang) eradicated 183 rats via its rat control operation on Saturday (January 27).

It said the operation, conducted by its Environmental Health Department, is aimed at reducing the risk of infectious diseases and impacting public health.

“This one-day operation used bait placed in areas with a high rat infestation population,” MPSepang said in a Facebook post.

The council added that such operations will be carried out periodically to ensure Sepang is clean and free from the threat of such pests.
