SHAH ALAM, March 11 — Water supply in 13 areas in Kuala Lumpur that was disrupted following a burst pipe in Jalan Kuari, Kg Cheras Baru, has been restored by 46 per cent as of 3pm today.

Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) in a statement said the water supply recovery period differs from one area to another according to the location and distance of consumers’ premise.

“Water supply in all affected areas is expected to fully recover at 4am, March 12,” it said on Facebook.

It said alternative assistance through water tankers have been mobilised to the affected areas, with priority given to critical premises during the unscheduled water supply disruption.
