MBSA introduces new Respons Rakyat app for public complaints

By Faizal Nazaruddin

SHAH ALAM, Dec 31 — The Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) will replace the i-Adu app with the Respons Rakyat app, for the public’s convenience in filing complaints to the local authority starting tomorrow.

It said they can download the new app on the Apple Store or Google Play.

“You can file a complaint on the app by selecting the MBSA agency and entering a brief complaint title.

“Then fill in the details, tag the location, as well as upload documents like photos or videos,” MBSA said in a Facebook post.

In 2018, the council introduced i-Adu to facilitate efficient and effective complaint management.

Users can file complaints directly and check the feedback on submitted complaints.
