SHAH ALAM, April 30 — Bangi residents have been invited to bring festive cheer to the parliamentary constituency’s piknik raya programme, at the Kajang Municipal Council sports complex in Section 15, Bandar Baru Bangi tonight.
Bangi MP Syahredzan Johan said the event will start at 8pm, and run until 11pm.
“All are welcome to the Bangi parliamentary constituency’s piknik raya programme, there will be a Raya meal, with various interesting activities available as well.
“Visitors are also encouraged to bring along their own mats or chairs,” he said in a Facebook post.
Taking place at the same time tonight is the Jelajah Kita Selangor Aidilfitri open house programme organised by the state government, which will take place at Padang Taman Sri Kerayong in Kapar, Klang.
The Sultan of Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj is scheduled to attend the event.
