KUALA SELANGOR, Feb 24 — The Selangor Housing and Property Board (LPHS) is providing registration services for affordable housing applications during the Central Zone Madani Rakyat programme at the Kuala Selangor Sports Complex.

Its corporate communication unit secretariat Muhamad Ahadzuddin Abdul Hamid invites the public to take advantage of this service to apply for Rumah Selangorku throughout the three-day programme.

“We will explain the registration steps to interested applicants by scanning the barcode or through a user manual video in the LPHS system.

“After registration, applicants will be informed of the application requirements and qualifications before proceeding with the process if they are successfully registered in the system,” he told SelangorKini.

Ahadzuddin added that 15 Rumah Selangorku projects are being developed throughout the state, with most of them expected to be completed by 2025.

Meanwhile, the Selangor Platform (PLATS) is promoting incentives offered by the relevant agency to help develop businesses in the state during Madani Rakyat.

One of its representatives, Ahmad Shahir Asri Shukran, said the incentives include assistance in promoting shops or entrepreneurs’ products through PLATS’ special website, besides business workshops.

“For the special platform, we include all lists of traders in Selangor conducting various types of businesses.

“So far, a number of traders have registered for this program,” he said, adding that 10,000 traders have registered with PLATS to date.
