i-ADU, more efficient complaint system

BY SYAZWANI SUFIAN
SHAH ALAM, SEP 14: The Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) has introduced the i-ADU application as one of the initiatives to manage complaints quicker and more effectively.
Its Head of Corporate and Public Relations, Shahrin Ahmad said the application allows complaints to be channeled more comprehensively with an online process.
He said users can also check on the complaints, receive feedback and assess the satisfactory level of the complaint’s resolution.
“Every complaint received will be recorded in the MBSA iResponz complaint system and a reference number will be given to the complainant in the form of a short-message-system (SMS),” he said in a statement.
Shahrin said, complaints can be made 24 hours to facilitate the public. Besides channeling complaints on the MBSA website, the public can also lodge complaints through the toll-free number 1800-884477, face-to-face, letter, form and MBSA’s social media.
He said Android users can download the application through Google Play Store.
“After it is downloaded, users only need to register to get the password to access the application.
“This application is consistent with MBSA’s effort to support the Local Aothorities’ Transformation Plan as outlined by Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Ministry (KPKT) which is to have a more modern and accessible complaint management system,” he said.
