Country’s security situation under control – IGP

KUALA LUMPUR, July 30 — Police have assured the people that the country’s security and public order situation is under control.

Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani advised the people not to worry as police would ensure that the situation remains safe and secure.

He said police were stepping up their monitoring of the situation to ensure the well-being of society.

“The public is advised to always abide by all standard operating procedures set by the National Security Council when going about their daily activities in order to help curb the spread of Covid-19,” he said in a statement today.
