Air Selangor: Water supply fully restored in 14 areas in Hulu Langat

SHAH ALAM, March 1 — The water supply in the 14 areas in the Hulu Langat region that were hit by an unscheduled water cut yesterday has fully recovered at 12am, today, says Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor).

“Air Selangor would like to thank consumers for their patience and cooperation during this unscheduled water supply disruption period,” the agency said in a post on Facebook this morning.

Yesterday, 14 areas in the Hulu Langat region faced unscheduled water disruption following a pipe burst incident at Persiaran Pekeliling, Section 3, Bandar Baru Bangi.

The areas affected include Section 1-16, Bandar Baru Bangi, Sungai Tangkas, Alam Sari, UKM, Kampung Bahagia, Kajang Impian, Taman Sri Melor, Taman Intan, Taman Kajang Mewah, Taman Putra, Perumahan Jalan Wan Siew, Desa Surada, Sungai Ramal Dalam and Taman Semarak.

Repair works of the pipe burst incident was completed at 11.30am.
