48 UNISEL students to go abroad for enrichment programme

KUALA SELANGOR, OCT 19: A total of 48 students from University of Selangor (UNISEL) will be flown to Indonesia in conjunction with the Student Internationalisation programme this October 21.
A symbolic send-off ceremony was held at the UNISEL Bestari Campus and was officiated by Student Development and Community Network Department Vice Chancellor, Prof Dr Shaharuddin Baharuddin.
The convoy consists of six groups of students taking various courses from the Faculty of Education and Social Sciences.
The first group consists of 10 students who will be sent to Gagasceria Innovative Education, Bandung from October 21 to October 26.

In the same period of time, six undergraduate students from the Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) course will be posted to Universiti Utara Medan (USU) for training.
Six more students from the same course will be sent for training at the Lancang Kuning, Indonesia, from the same date until October 27.
Meanwhile, the fourth delegation consisting seven students from ISM Sains Perpustakaan course who will be following an industrial training at the Universitas Lancang Kuning.
Six students from the same course will also follow an industrial training at Perpustakaan Bina Darma, Palembang, Indonesia.
The last group, involving 13 students, will be sent to Universitas Mercu Buana, Jakarta for industrial training and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme.
