MB encourages citizens to register for Skim Peduli Sihat

SHAH ALAM, DEC 9: Selangor citizens, especially those in the B40 group with household income of less than RM3,000 a month, are advised to register themselves under the Skim Peduli Sihat to receive free hospital treatment.
Dato’ Menteri Besar, Dato’ Seri Mohamad Azmin Ali said eligible applicants can register online at https://pedulisihat.com/ or via their nearest State Legislative Assembly’s office.
“The scheme is divided into two categories; in Category A will receive a RM500 card value a year with unlimited type of treatment or medication, subject to eligibility conditions.
“Meanwhile Category B are for individuals who are 21 years and above; with an income of RM1,500 and below. They will receive a RM200 card value, also with unlimited treatment and medication,” he said in a Facebook statement.

Prior to this, the State Government in its Selangor Budget 2017, had allocated RM125 million to implement this scheme for those in the B40 group.
