SHAH ALAM, JAN 17: The Joint Management Body (JMB) of Apartment Seri Nipah has been urged to submit the relevant documents to the Commissioner of Buildings (COB) in order to solve internal problems, as claimed.
Member of the State Council (ADN) Batu Tiga, Rodziah Ismail said that she and COB will take stern action if JMB fails to do so.
“There will be no more compromise on the issue because JMB tried to implicate me, while prior to this, we had help them in many cases.
“JMB failed to manage. We’ve asked them to do many things which they’ve failed to do. Meetings have also not been held for years,” she told SelangorKini.
Rodziah said that apart from garbage problems, the issue of foreigners were also given attention due to the many foreigners at the apartment.
She said it is such a huge worry to the owners, that they do not want to stay in their own homes.
“This problem is quite complicated, with many problems and issues, particularly the management. Many things need to be resolved one by one.
“We have also asked JMB to hold a general meeting,” she said.
Seri Nipah Apartments are low-cost residential flats located at Jalan SM 2, off Taman Pinggiran USJ, Subang Jaya.
The cleanliness issue, involving irregular garbage disposal problems at Apartment Seri Nipah, was one of the issues allegedly caused by foreigners in the area.
