PKNS introduces Lavender Project

SHAH ALAM, FEB 21: Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) introduced the Lavender project with 96 units of double storey houses at Antara Gapi, Hulu Selangor.
General Manager of the Central Region, Azmi Adnan said, the prestigious project covers 388 hectares will be launch on this 25 and 26 February.
He said the project is located only 15 kilometers from the city of Rawang and has strategic access through North-south Highway, Guthrie, Latar and the Rawang Federal Highway.
“The price offered starting from RM923,500 to RM1.174 million per unit.
“It is expected to be completed by the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) in May 2017.
“An area of between 2,867.53 and 3,198.82 square feet according to the type and design of modern contemporary architecture in addition to variations and verdant environment,” he said during the pre-launch project.
Azmi said that PKNS is also offering a 10 percent discount for bumiputera and non-bumiputera buyers, while 12 percent of repeat buyers through Smart Ownership programme PKNS, for a period of six months.
Lavender Project is located in the development of Antara Gapi which developed as a city to cater for the increased population density in the Klang Valley.
Since its development in 2008, a total of 2,300 units of various properties successfully completed include terrace houses, banglo lots, detached houses, office shops and Rumah Selangorku that almost all units sold.
