More Rumah Selangorku project launched, offers reasonable prices

SUBANG JAYA, MAR 21: Sime Darby Property has launched the second Rumah Selangorku project in Selangor, named Pangsapuri Harmoni in Putra Heights.
The development of four residential blocks with 1,700 units in this strategic location offers two types of homes, type C1 at 800 square feet and type D with 1,000 square feet.
Sime Darby Properties offers a reasonable price between RM170,000 to RM270,000 in a strategic location with gross development value estimated at RM359 million.
The project will start in April 2017 and expected to be complete within three years.
The launch ceremony was completed by Dato’ Menteri Besar, Dato’ Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali accompanied by Housing, Building Management and Urban Settlement Exco, Dato’ Iskandar Abdul Samad, Selangor Housing and Property Board (LPHS) Executive Director, Norzaton Aini Mohd Kassim and Sime Darby Property Berhad Managing Director, Dato’ Jauhari Hamidi.
Also present was Sime Darby Board of Directors’ Member, Tengku Datuk Seri Ahmad Shah Alhaj Ibni Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah.
Pangsapuri Harmoni 1 is also equipped with five-and-a-half storey parking space, two security guardhouses, a multi-purpose hall and green area for communal activities.
Meanwhile, Mohamed Azmin said his speech that the State Government will continue to support Sime Darby Properties who has maintained an excellent reputation in Malaysian property development projects.
“The State Government will support Sime Darby Properties in its effort to build more affordable homes.
“Sime Darby Properties has an excellent reputation as their products are of high quality and guaranteed for the future,” he said.
He described Sime Darby Properties’ decision to invest in Selangor as accurate and strategic as Selangor has a status as the most progressed state besides being the biggest gross domestic product (GDP) contributor in Malaysia.
