Trump allows CIA to attack with drones

WASHINGTON, MAR 14: President of United States of America (US), Donald Trump has allowed the country’s intelligence bod, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to use drones to attack militant suspects, reported Wall Street Journal quoting a US’s official spokesperson.
This changes the policies set by Barack Obama previously, which limit CIA’s involvement only in paramilitary.
AS reported by White House, US Defence Department and CIA did not immediately respond on the issue.
The US first used drones on militant suspects after the September 11, 2001 attack in New York and Washington.
The type of drones used are Predator and Reaper to target attacks particularly in operations out of US.
The use of drones is internationally criticised due to the increase in attacks towards the public causing a lot of deaths.
In July 2016, the US Government was indirectly responsible for the death of 116 civilians who were killed in a drone attack in country that was not at war.
